My name is Amy Zakharia and I am currently based in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am a student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Film Production. I also am doing an online program at New York University for Sports Management. My empahsis is sports social media and photography. I have been doing photography for 5 years but have recently developed a passion for sports since I started at UNLV. I grew up in Yorba Linda, California for my entire life only recently moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2025 to go to college.

I am passionate about sports being that I grew up in it my entire life. I did cheer when I was just a little girl and cross country and track throughout high school. This passion has grown into my career and studies throughout my college experience and my goal is to use my creative skills to capture the grit, raw emotion, and the story behind the score that sports brings to our society. Throughout my time at UNLV, I have been able to capture the stories of many athletes in football, basketball, and many more.

Being in sports industry is a goal I aspire to accomplish using the extreme love I have for not only the game but the stories that athletes and brands strive to tell.
